TRACY KS YUE, ONE DISH AT A TIME Healthful cooking coach & nutrition educator Tracy KS Yue provides hands-on coaching to individuals, youth, families and small groups, as well as offering a "marinated salad of the week" club and small event catering. She holds a Dietetic Technology degree from Normandale Community College, a BA (U of MN) and years of experience of cooking and enjoying food. Tracy sings and dabbles in performance ("Aladeen and the Magic Lamp"), and occasionally leads youth craft classes. She loves to organize events, and is active in the First Universalist Church community and other volunteer organizations. Her previous career was in marketing communications, events, and editing.
