Incubating Good Food

GIA Kitchen, my new landlord, is a commercial “incubator” kitchen whose tenants are local food entrepreneurs, many of whom specialize in gluten-free products from waffle cones to nutrition bars.  It’s a wonderful facility run by the creators of Thuro-bread brand gluten-free dairy-free bread and nutrition bars. I’ll be posting more about it soon.

Here are a few photos from the GIA Kitchen’s first Food Fair on Nov 4, 2012. We had a terrific turn-out of visitors who sampled lots of free goodies. GIA will hold another Food Fair on Sun Dec 2, 2pm – 5pm — mark your calendars!
